Family owned since 1987
What began in 1987 as a small cabinet shop in San Clemente, CA, has grown into a trusted Orange County builder rooted in hands-on craftsmanship. Mark Brown opened the shop with a simple belief: quality work and personal service matter. His son, Brian, grew up helping in the shop, learning the tools, the trade, and the care that goes into every piece.
As projects grew in size and scope, Mark and Brian moved from cabinets to full-scale home projects and remodels. Their partnership and reputation for reliable, thoughtful work led them to formalize the business as MB Construction in 2014. Since then MB Construction has taken on multiple residential and commercial projects across Orange County, delivering custom builds and remodels with the same attention to detail that started it all. Both Mark and Brian are retired firefighters, and the same discipline, teamwork, and commitment to community they learned on the job have shaped how they run their business.
Today Brian leads the company as owner and head contractor, with Mark still by his side, lending his expertise. MB Construction’s commitment remains simple: craft with care, build with integrity, and treat every client like part of the family.

MEET THE OWNER
An Orange County native, Brian served as a firefighter engineer for over 25 years. That long career instilled in him a commitment to teamwork, reliability, and doing the job right the first time. These are qualities he carries into his construction work.
Brian lives in the area with his wife, Jenny, who has been a steadfast supporter of his business journey. They are proud parents to three children. He started MB Construction with a simple mission: to build and remodel homes and businesses in Orange County with passion, consistency, dedication, and loyalty to the community he calls home.
Known for fostering strong client relationships, Brian has earned a reputation in the community for delivering work done with care and integrity. As owner and lead contractor, he personally oversees projects to ensure that craftsmanship and client satisfaction remain at the heart of every build.
